At Dupify.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal fragrances), we follow strict return guidelines to ensure product integrity and hygiene.
1. Returns Policy
We currently do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.
However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered).
- The item is unopened, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return, email us at dupifyin@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
Refunds will be:
- Processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Credited to the original method of payment (UPI, card, etc.)
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened perfumes
- Items returned without original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel, email us as soon as possible at dupifyin@gmail.com with your order number.
