At Dupify.in, your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of perfumes, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
1. No Returns for Opened Products
Perfumes are personal-use items. Therefore, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Eligible for Replacement
We will replace your item if:
- You received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photo/video proof

3. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Cancellation charges 50 INR. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:
- Wrong fragrance choice
- Personal dislike of scent
- Damage due to customer handling
