3. Product Information

- Scent perception varies from person to person.
- Slight differences may occur between batches.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order:
- You confirm that information provided is accurate.
- Payment details used belong to you or are authorized for use.
- We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent order.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver orders promptly, but delays may occur due to courier logistics or unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Dupify.in is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address entries.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety standards, returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photo or video proof.
