• Handover to our delivery partner

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number, which is shared via email or SMS once dispatched.

Dupify.in will not be responsible for:

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
• Delivery to an old or wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to such issues, reshipping charges may apply.

Orders outside this range may include delivery charges.

For smaller orders or special delivery zones, a nominal shipping fee may apply — visible at checkout.
